Alex started this business in 2009 after gaining a huge amount of experience working as a 3rd line support technician and then sys admin, both in on-prem and cloud. The aim was to create a client-focused support business, where the client feels like we're part of their business. The ethos has always been to treat our client's business like our own for if their businesses succeed, so does ours.
